For 2007, the record date for the dividend is expected to be in December 2007, subject to Board approval, with payment expected in February 2008.

Charitable Contributions
Progressive does not contribute or provide financial support to any outside organizations. However, Progressive contributes annually to The Progressive Insurance Foundation, which provides: (i) financial support to the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety to further its work in reducing the human trauma and economic costs of auto accidents, and (ii) matching funds to eligible 501(c)(3) charitable organizations to which Progressive employees contribute.
